By accessing or using investynadvisors.com or enrolling in any program offered by Investyn Advisors, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our website or services.

1. Definitions

• "Investyn Advisors" refers to the company, its owner CA Raman Khunger and all associated representatives

• "Program" refers to the FDD & M&A Deal Fluency Program and any other educational offerings by Investyn Advisors

• "Participant" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses any Investyn Advisors program

• "Website" refers to investynadvisors.com and all associated pages

• "Content" refers to all course materials, frameworks, case studies, recordings and session materials

• "Razorpay" refers to Razorpay Payments Private Limited, the payment processing partner of Investyn Advisors

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, registering for any program or completing a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. User Eligibility and Obligations

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Investyn Advisors program. By registering you agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit any program content

• Record or distribute any live session without prior written permission from Investyn Advisors

• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to access our website or content

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems or program materials

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity on our website or during any program session

• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications during registration

• Disrupt or interfere with the program experience of other participants

4. Pricing and Payments

All program fees are displayed on the payment page at the time of enrolment and are subject to applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Investyn Advisors does not store any card or banking information directly. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).

All program fees are one-time payments with no recurring billing cycles or automatic renewals. Once payment is processed, no additional charges will be applied unless you separately enrol in a future program or cohort.

By completing payment through Razorpay, you acknowledge and consent that your personal and payment information will be shared with Razorpay for the purpose of processing your transaction, in accordance with Razorpay's Privacy Policy available at razorpay.com.

In the event of a payment failure, please do not attempt multiple transactions. Contact us at raman.khunger@outlook.com and we will assist you promptly. Investyn Advisors reserves the right to recover any amounts subject to chargebacks, fraud or disputed transactions, including associated fees and penalties imposed by Razorpay.

5. Program Delivery

Upon successful payment, access details, session links and program schedule will be shared with you via your registered email address within 24 hours. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary device, internet connection and tools required to attend live sessions. Investyn Advisors is not responsible for any technical issues on the participant's end that prevent access to sessions.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Investyn Advisors are non-refundable once processed, except in cases where the program is cancelled by Investyn Advisors. Requests to transfer enrolment to a future cohort will be considered at the sole discretion of Investyn Advisors, subject to availability. All such requests must be submitted in writing to raman.khunger@outlook.com prior to the program commencement date. No refunds will be issued after the program has commenced.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, frameworks, case studies, session recordings, course materials, trademarks and branding associated with Investyn Advisors and the FDD & M&A Deal Fluency Program are the exclusive intellectual property of Investyn Advisors and CA Raman Khunger. No participant or third party may reproduce, distribute, republish, share or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from Investyn Advisors. Unauthorised use will result in legal action.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All programs and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Investyn Advisors does not warrant that its programs will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Investyn Advisors, its owner, employees and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, programs or content. All programs are provided for educational purposes only. Investyn Advisors does not guarantee any specific career, financial or professional outcome from participation in any program. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on program content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Investyn Advisors, its owner, employees, affiliates and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our website or programs, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any third-party claims related to your use of program content, whether authorised or unauthorised.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms including Razorpay, LinkedIn and Instagram. Investyn Advisors is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party platform. The inclusion of any third-party link does not constitute an endorsement by Investyn Advisors. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms and conditions.

12. Electronic Communications

By registering on our website or enrolling in any program, you consent to receive communications from Investyn Advisors electronically via email, WhatsApp or other digital channels. These communications may include program updates, schedules, confirmations and relevant information. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us directly.

13. Termination Rights

Investyn Advisors reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any program or the website at any time without prior notice if you: (a) violate any of these terms; (b) engage in unauthorised use or distribution of program content; (c) provide false or misleading information during registration; or (d) engage in any conduct that disrupts the program experience for other participants. No refund will be issued upon termination resulting from a breach of these terms.

14. Force Majeure

Investyn Advisors shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, government restrictions, internet failure, power outages or natural disasters. In such circumstances, Investyn Advisors will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and reschedule affected sessions.

15. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party without the prior written consent of Investyn Advisors. Investyn Advisors may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

16. Waiver

The failure of Investyn Advisors to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Investyn Advisors to be legally effective.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Privacy Policy

Your use of investynadvisors.com and enrolment in any program is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy available at investynadvisors.com/privacy-policy.

19. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and applicable rules, if you have any grievance regarding our website, content or services, please contact our Grievance Officer:

20. Modification Clause

Investyn Advisors reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or programs following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Investyn Advisors with respect to your use of our website and programs, and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings of any kind between the parties.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India. Any unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in English and held in New Delhi, India.
