Investyn Advisors hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to access the educational programs and services offered, expressly conditioned upon your agreement that all such access and use shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

COPYRIGHT AND NO RETRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION

investynadvisors.com, along with all design, content, frameworks, case studies, course materials and program content, are the exclusive and proprietary property of Investyn Advisors and CA Raman Khunger. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as transferring or assigning any ownership rights to you or any other person or entity.

You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast or share any course content, frameworks, case studies, session recordings or program materials in any form or by any means. You agree that any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our content will render you liable for actual and punitive damages as determined by Investyn Advisors and as further determined by an Indian court of law. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, transfer, copy or time-share any content, materials or information obtained through investynadvisors.com unless specifically authorised in writing by Investyn Advisors prior to such use.

DELAYS IN SERVICES

Investyn Advisors, including its owner, employees, affiliates and representatives, shall not be liable for any loss or disruption resulting directly or indirectly from delays due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, internet connectivity issues, telephone interruptions, weather, strikes, acts of God, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Investyn Advisors shall have no responsibility to provide access to services during any such interruption.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

You expressly agree that use of this website and its programs is at your sole risk. All content, information, products and services published on this website are provided on an "as is" basis. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments made for any Investyn Advisors program are non-refundable once processed, except in cases where the program is cancelled by Investyn Advisors. Requests to transfer enrolment to a future cohort may be considered at the sole discretion of Investyn Advisors, subject to availability. All such requests must be made in writing to raman.khunger@outlook.com prior to the program commencement date.

EQUIPMENT AND ACCESS

You shall be solely responsible for providing and maintaining all devices, internet connections and technical tools necessary to access and attend program sessions. All costs associated with such equipment and connectivity, including applicable taxes, shall be borne solely by you.

All program content, frameworks and case studies offered through Investyn Advisors are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You acknowledge that the content is based on the personal experience and professional judgement of CA Raman Khunger and is not a guarantee of any specific career, financial or professional outcome. Investyn Advisors expressly disclaims any and all warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness or suitability of program content for your specific needs. You assume full responsibility for any career or financial decisions made based on program content.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Investyn Advisors, its owner, employees, affiliates and representatives from any and all claims, losses or liabilities imposed on or incurred by Investyn Advisors as a result of: (a) your access and use of investynadvisors.com; (b) any non-compliance by you with the terms and conditions hereof; or (c) any third-party actions related to your use of program content, whether authorised or unauthorised.

TERMINATION

This agreement shall remain in full force unless terminated for the following reasons: (a) immediately for any unauthorised access or use by you; (b) immediately if you violate any terms and conditions of this agreement; (c) immediately for any other reason as deemed fit by Investyn Advisors. Termination shall not affect any rights or remedies available to Investyn Advisors at law or in equity. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will revert to Investyn Advisors and any fees paid are non-refundable.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. By using investynadvisors.com and enrolling in any program, you assume full responsibility for any outcomes experienced. Investyn Advisors does not guarantee any specific career, financial or professional results from participation in its programs. Program content is not intended to provide tax, legal or investment advice, which you should obtain from your own qualified professional advisor.

DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

All disputes, differences and questions arising between the parties out of or in connection with this agreement shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The sole Arbitrator shall be appointed by Investyn Advisors. Arbitration proceedings shall be held in New Delhi, India and the laws prevailing in India shall apply.

JURISDICTION

Both parties agree that all claims, disputes and differences arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India only.
